Things To Remember
For your protection and ours, DO NOT PLACE CASH in the Booster fund raiser box; Checks or money orders are acceptable forms of payment, and should always be made payable to CVBB.
Always include your student’s full name and reason for payment on the memo line, i.e., Student account payment, name of fund raiser, etc.
Never “drop off” cash at a residence when the chairperson is not at home.
During lottery ticket events, if a student should win, a check will be issued to the student only if their account is up-to-date and if the lottery tickets have been paid for. If either of these apply, the winnings will be deposited in the student’s account.
Please do not hand checks, money, or any other fund raiser medium of exchange from a fund raiser to another student for delivery to their parent(s). This places both students in a vulnerable situation when funds are misplaced, lost, or stolen
“All members must maintain a passing record in all classes but one. You will not be permitted to try-out if your grades are not acceptable based on this requirement. If you make the unit, fail more than one class for any given grading period, you will be put on probation and will not be permitted to perform. Students failing more than one class will not be permitted to go on the trip.”
